ABOUT ME

Kenzi is a five-year-old female boxer/pittie mix who weighs 45lbs. She’s a lovable girl with great energy for outdoor play and a well-mannered disposition for indoor lounging. She gets along well with other dogs and is often the center of attention at dog parks. She is very aware of social cues from other dogs and manages her energy accordingly. She is not yet a fan of cats but her foster is working on that with her.⠀

Sweet Kenzi walks well on a leash, needing only minor corrections at the start to get her on track. She does great walking independently or with a group. She does well in a crate.⠀

She is spayed as well. She thinks she’s a little thing and will climb right on top of you for snuggles if you let her. ⠀

Our adoption fee for dogs is $250 per puppy or dog. Please send us your application so we can set up a meet and greet at our office or at a location of the foster's choosing.

How to get the ball rolling on adoptions:

Because we are a foster-based rescue and do not house our animals in a central location, you will need to complete and submit an adoption application for approval before we arrange a meet-and-greet for you and our pets.  Please bring a collar, leash, and owner tag when meeting your prospective adoptee.  Welcoming a new pet into your family is exciting, but it can also be stressful for you  and your new buddy!  Having food, bedding, toys, sleeping crate, etc, set up in advance will greatly ease the transition for everyone.  Feel free to contact us with any questions.  Our adoption fees for dogs are generally $250 (plus tax) unless the dog has undergone a special surgery or treatment.
