Hazel - Adopted

ABOUT ME

Hazel is a three-year-old, 45-pound Pit Lab mix. Hazel has a sweet disposition and gives the softest and tenderest kisses, especially after her daily rub downs and love pats on her ham hocks. She is leash trained and loves her walks and multiple daily drop and rolls on the sidewalk to scratch her back. She has been around a cat, kitten and a child younger than 1 year of age, displaying both playful and energetic affection.

Hazel has been treated with great care and unwavering love and is ready for her forever home. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date with all vaccinations and she has been receiving Heartgard and Nexgard monthly.

*Please note that because we rescue new animals every week, not all of our pets may appear on our website.  Feel free to contact us for additional information.

How to get the ball rolling on adoptions:

Because we are a foster-based rescue and do not house our animals in a central location, you will need to complete and submit an adoption application for approval before we arrange a meet-and-greet for you and our pets.  Please bring a collar, leash, and owner tag when meeting your prospective adoptee.  Welcoming a new pet into your family is exciting, but it can also be stressful for you  and your new buddy!  Having food, bedding, toys, sleeping crate, etc, set up in advance will greatly ease the transition for everyone.  Feel free to contact us with any questions.  Our adoption fees for dogs are generally $250 (plus tax) unless the dog has undergone a special surgery or treatment.
